Half the filings reached the public record within 20 days of the trade; the slowest took 231 days. Every figure here comes from the members’ own disclosures — no prices, no performance.
What the Apple filings tend to show
Apple is reported by more members than almost any other stock, and the filings lean towards small brackets — the $1,001–15,000 and $15,001–50,000 bands dominate. That is the signature of a widely held position being trimmed or topped up, not of a concentrated position being built.
Because so many different members file, Apple is a useful gauge of how much trading happens at all in a given month, independent of any one portfolio.

By trade date, not filing date — a trade can appear in a filing months later. A month without a filing is shown with a zero, so a quiet stretch stays visible as one. The most recent month runs only to 27 Oct 2026 and is therefore incomplete.
