Withdraw from Contract

Use this page to withdraw from a contract you concluded online with us, within the withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal set out below applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB). You do not need to be logged in and you do not need to give a reason.
Withdrawal or cancellation?
Withdrawal — for contracts you concluded less than 14 days ago. The contract is reversed; you get your payment back, minus a proportionate amount for the time already used. That is this page.
Cancellation — for running subscriptions. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then your access continues. Amounts already paid are not refunded. → Cancel your contract here

What happens next. We confirm receipt by email without undue delay, stating the date and time and the content of your declaration. Any refund is made no later than 14 days after your withdrawal reaches us.
If no confirmation arrives within a few minutes, please check the address you entered and your spam folder, then write to support@wavg.de. Your withdrawal is on file either way, and a plain email is just as valid as this form.
