Cancel Your Contract
No login required (§ 312k BGB).
You can cancel your paid subscription here at any time. You do not need to be logged in, and an ordinary cancellation needs no reason. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you ask for a different date.
Withdrawal or cancellation?
Withdrawal — for contracts you concluded less than 14 days ago. The contract is reversed; you get your payment back, minus a proportionate amount for the time already used. → Withdraw from your contract here
Cancellation — for running subscriptions. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then your access continues. Amounts already paid are not refunded. That is this page.
What happens next. On the following page you enter the details of your cancellation and confirm it. We then send you a confirmation of receipt by email, stating the date and time of receipt and the date on which your subscription ends.
You can of course also cancel by simply writing to support@wavg.de, or — while logged in — through the customer portal in your profile. A free account can be deleted at any time in your profile settings.
